The Cadillac of cutters. This cuts incredibly sharp and flat edges. The long arm makes it easy to use. The large blade allows you to see what you are actually cutting, and allows for a perfect alignment. I created and 3d printed a base for it.

On first slice, the quality was clearly evident. So much better than the plastic offerings, which I found difficult to do an accurate 90% cut.
This slicer is just accurate, easy to adjust, and stays in adjustment over time.
