Slicer

The tool is pricey but does exactly as advertised. It gives you control when working with tiny parts. They don’t go flying everywhere, as they can with handheld snips. Makes a square, vertical cut on the end of the workpiece. However, the lumber on the offcut side will have an angle to it. When using this bit of lumber itself you will need to deal with the angle. Not a problem if you have Ultimation’s Sander.

I’m very impressed with my new slicer. It’s much heavier duty than my Chopper and the cuts are much better (more square) due to the heavy duty blades vs the flimsy razor blades that the Chopper uses. Granted, it is much heavier and works much better mounted to a 1/2 board, I’ve had no issues using it as it comes.

Bonjour et toutes mes félicitations pour votre Slicer. Il est efficace et très pratique. Terminé les coupes hasardeuses au simple cutter. Le tranchant est parfait sous tous les angles. Encore Bravo.

Haven't used much but from the time I did use it. Performance was great, perfect square cuts and clean lines. Well built

I was very enthusiastic when I got my Slicer. I Immediately started working on my present project. To my dismay, there was a small flaw. The bottom of the sliding stopper piece leave a gap between it and the bottom plate, so my .5mm wood stripes slipped under the stopper instead of stopping at it. I corrected it by epoxying some small pieces of wood and micro-sanding until there was almost no gap between these two parts.
